Over the years, we’ve worked with talented chefs to create innovative ways to cook, bake and enjoy California walnuts. Inspired by their work, we decided to create an electronic compilation of our recipe collection and to celebrate the walnut by including:

• More than one hundred recipes (downloadable and including high-res images for use in publications)
• Information about walnuts (backgrounder, nut comparison chart, tips and storage)
• Walnut health studies
• Trade information (fact sheets)
• A short video capturing the walnut  harvest
